Description
Our manual cast aluminum tenderizer features 22 stainless steel blades attached to opposing shafts to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat. Comes with 2 sets of rollers, one for slicing and one for tenderizing. Accepts meat up to 1 1/4″ thick and 4 3/4″ wide. Slice 12 strips of jerky in one pass up to 3/8″ thick. Easily disassembles for quick cleaning. Comes mounted to a sanitary polypropylene board to ensure stability when cranking.
