GRASSES (Established Pastures and Rangeland) When working with established pastures and rangelands, it is recommended that 1 gallon of this product mixed with 15 gallons of water per acre for each application at the designated site be used. For smaller areas, use 3 to 4 fluid ounces (equivalent to 6 to 8 tablespoons) per 1,000 square feet, combining 1 to 3 gallons of water and distributing the mixture evenly throughout the area. The optimal time for treatment is either during Fall or Spring. For less susceptible weeds, it may be necessary to administer additional treatments, but not exceeding two applications within a year. See label for possible treatment injuries ORNAMENTAL TURF (Lawn, Golf Courses, Cemeteries, Parks and Other Grass Areas) To treat young and thriving weeds, mix 1 gallon of this product with 15 gallons of water per acre. However, it is not recommended for use on dichondra or other herbaceous ground covers. See label for possible treatment injuries HOW MUCH TO APPLY The appropriate dosage should be used based on the species and the difficulty of controlling weeds effectively. For young and delicate weed growth, lower dosages are recommended. However, tougher species and challenging control situations will require higher dosages. Apply the product during warm weather when the weeds are actively growing for best results. Ensuring uniform coverage by using enough spray volume during ground application is essential. If only specific areas are treated, the dosage per crop per acre should be adjusted accordingly. Do not apply the product when the temperature exceeds 90ºF to avoid damage. |
