Salt, sweet with lingering heat. Simply mix 1 Tbsp seasoning into 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar together. Place 3 Ibs. pork shoulder and sauce into slow cooker for 8 hrs on low heat, 4-6 hrs. on high heat.
